The title string does not appear in source control before the request timestamp. Developers changed the planned title afterward, but the same crawler returned and requested the new wording before deployment.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
