INCIDENT 019: THE STAIRWELL LOOP
I climbed six flights and opened the door onto the floor I had just left.
My coworker was waiting there with dust on his clothes and said he had been climbing for three days.

Emergency crews found the stairwell physically normal. Camera timestamps show the missing worker entered at 6:11 p.m. and emerged fourteen minutes later, although his beard growth and dehydration were inconsistent with that interval.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
