Door access logs continued normally during the missing minute, recording no entries or exits. Several employees later described a sensation of having forgotten something important. The corner everyone faced contained only drywall, but thermal imaging taken afterward showed a human-shaped cold area inside the wall.

The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
