Corridor footage shows no visitor during the reported time. The peephole was removed and found to be a standard optical lens with no moving parts. Housekeeping refused to reinstall it after an employee reported seeing the room from inside the wall.

The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
