INCIDENT 011: THE EXTRA FLOOR
The elevator doors opened onto a copy of my office with every light turned off.
At my desk, someone was still working.

Building management found no floor at the reported elevation and blamed a sensor error. Badge logs show the employee entering the elevator at 11:42 p.m. and leaving the lobby at 12:19 a.m., although he remembered less than two minutes passing.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
