INCIDENT 016: THE COUNTDOWN
The billboard changed from an advertisement to a sixty-second countdown.
When it reached zero, every phone on the street received a photograph of the crowd from above.
Recovered notes
The sign operator reported no remote access during the event. The photograph sent to nearby phones was taken from an angle above the intersection where no camera or building existed. One person in the image is looking directly at the impossible viewpoint.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
