INCIDENT 013: THE CLOSED WARD
The call light blinked from a room in a ward that had been closed for years.
The patient chart on the door listed me as admitted tomorrow.
Recovered notes
The central console recorded a valid call from the sealed room at 3:06 a.m. Power to that section had been physically disconnected. The porter kept the printed patient label, but the paper faded blank before administrators could copy it. SUBJECT WAS NOT ALONE.
The record remains in the archive because it shares at least one recurring marker with later incidents: an extra room, a duplicated person, a timestamp that precedes its cause, or a numbered door that should not exist.
